The hotel staff were excellent and the room was pretty decent. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom but overall the room was good. The blackout shades worked well and the outside area was very inviting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Me and husband stay overnight for our wedding anniversary. It's was very pleasant. The receptionist lady is very professional, The place is so clean, and located in a quiet area, good food. I told my husband I want to come back in a very short time. I really recommend this hotel.

We were back on Long Island for a wedding . The front desk staff took care of all our needs and then some. (rooms close to family) The Bistro and the staff there were friendly courteous and attentive. IHG has never disappointed us and this was no exception , even during the busy Holiday Season

I stayed as a bridesmaid for my brother and sister in laws wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make the bride feel special while we were getting ready, and they were extremely accommodating to all of the guests who were staying. We would absolutely book again!

I did not stay this time. I was only there to pick up a car They have a Hertz car rental facility in the hotel as well. but IV eaten here and stayed here and it's always fabulous. I've also had my daughter's sweet 16 party here, which was also fabulous.
